摘要
由江苏科技资源配置现状与问题入手,通过文献阅读遴选科技资源市场化配置影响因素,基于问卷调查结果,构建区域科技资源市场化配置结构方程模型,明确系统、环境因素与科技资源配置能力和效果间相互关系及路径系数。并运用广义设计思想,联系江苏实际提出科技资源配置协同治理策略建议。
From the current situation and problems of Jiangsu science and technology resources allocation, based on hterature reading, the paper selects the affecting factors of science and technology resource market-oriented allocation. Based on the results of the questionnaire, the paper constructs the SEM of regional science and technology resources market-oriented allocation, clarifies mutual relationship and path coeffiicient among the affecting factors of system, environment, capacity and effectiveness of science and technology resources allocation. Based on this, using the general design idea, collaborative governance policy suggestions are put forward with Jiangsu practice.
