摘要
针对野战火炮横向尺寸小、不便布置扭杆式平衡机的问题,以某型榴弹炮为原型,提出了将扭杆式平衡机纵向布置的的结构方案。在该方案中,扭杆与摇架平行布置,并通过链条与上架相连。当火炮起落部分转动时,平衡机曲臂的一端由于受到链条的约束,迫使曲臂转动,带动扭杆产生扭转变形,从而对起落部分提供平衡力矩。通过有限元分析软件ABAQUS对设计的平衡机进行强度分析,仿真结果显示,该设计的扭杆强度满足要求。
According to the problem of the small transverse dimension of artillery and inconvenient ar- rangement of torsion bar equilibrator, the structure scheme of longitudinal arrangement of torsion bar e- quilibrator was put forward. In this arrangement, the torsion bar was arranged in parallel with the cra- dle and was connected to the top carriage by chains. When the artillery elevating parts were turning, the crank rotated due to one end of the crank of the equilibrator constrained by the chains. The crank rotation drove torsion bar to produce torsion deformation and provided balance torque to the equilibra- tor. The equilibrator' s strength was analyzed with the finite element analysis software ABAQUS. The emulation results show that the strength of torsion bar in this design accords with the requirements.
