摘要 目的了解河南省原旋毛虫病流行区南阳市社旗县旋毛虫感染现状,评价社旗县人感染旋毛虫的风险,并为其防治提供依据。方法采集南阳市社旗县内的市售猪肉样本,并分别通过压片法和人工消化法检测其是否感染旋毛虫;在社旗县养殖场、餐馆、猪舍等地捕鼠,采用压片和消化法两种方法检测鼠旋毛虫及肝毛细线虫的感染情况;通过便利抽样法对社旗县部分人群进行血清抗旋毛虫抗体Ig G检测。结果共采集346份猪肉样本,其中城镇154份,农村192份,经两种方法检测均未发现旋毛虫感染;捕捉鼠30只,均为褐家鼠,其中旋毛虫感染率为0%,压片法检出肝毛细线虫感染率为16.7%(5/30),人工消化法检出率为20%(6/30);采集人群血清200份,血清旋毛虫抗体阳性率为6%(12/200),抗体阳性率无性别、年龄差异。结论目前社旗县动物旋毛虫感染率处于较低水平,市售猪肉较为安全,人群感染可能存在其他途径。当地鼠肝毛细线虫感染率较高,存在人感染肝毛细线虫的隐患。 Objective To master the current prevalence situation of trichinellosis in Sheqi,Nanyang,where was the former prevalence area in Henan Province ,and evaluate the risk of infection and provide the evidence for the prevention and control of trichinellosis. Methods The fresh pork in sale in Sheqi county was collected and tested through microscope inspection and pepsin digestion method in order to detect Trichinella infection. Furthermore the rodents around the farm , cafe or piggery were captured to detect Trichinella or Capillaria hepatica. Serum samples were collected by convenience sampling to test for trichina-antibody with ELISA method. Results 346 samples of pork were collected ,in which 154 samples were from town and the other 192 samples were from rural areas. All the samples were inspected under microscope and digestion test ,and found that there was no positive for Trichinella cyst. All the 30 rats captured were Rattus norvegicus. The trichina infection rate of the rats was zero. However,the infection rate of Capillaria hepatica was 16.7%(5/30)indicated by microscope inspection and 20.0%(6/30)by digestion method. 200 people were investigated;the serum positive rate of Trichinella was 6.0%(12/200). And there was no difference between different gender and nation. Conclusion The infection rate of Trichinella in animals was very low in Sheqi county and the pork in sale was safe. But the people might be infected by other ways. Furthermore the rats had a high positive rate of Capillaria hepatica infection;it could be a big risk for the residents.
