摘要
主要介绍电子调速控制器使用过程中失效后,通过应用失效分析的一些基本方法、技术,进行失效点的判别;基于失效树分析IRF9540损坏的可能原因,从设计、采购、焊接、高温老化等环节查找分析IRF9540损坏的原因;基于失效树分析,确定必然的原因,分析IRF9540损坏的根本原因;选择解决方案,并验证解决方案。
Electronic speed controller failure in use process were introduced in this paper, by applying some basic methods of failure analysis, technology, the point of failure criterion;Based on the possible causes of failure tree analysis IRF9540 damage,from the design, procurement,welding, high temperature aging IRF9540 find analysis the cause of the damage;Based on the failure tree analysis, determine the cause of the inevitable,analyze the root cause of damage of IRF9540;Select the solution and verify the solution.
