摘要
针对带式输送机在轻载状态时的耗能问题,利用BP神经网络建立了由煤流量、输送带运行速度和系统总功率构成的节能优化模型,提出了基于变频调速的带式输送机节能控制策略;结合可编程控制技术、现代传感器技术和智能控制原理,设计了基于PLC的模糊控制器,完成了控制系统的硬件选型与软件设计;通过Win CC组态软件设计了上位机系统,实现了带式输送机远程控制和实时监控。
According to the energy dissipation problem of belt conveyor in light load condition, an energy saving optimization model was established by BP neural network, which was composed of coal flow rate, belt speed and total power. Energy saving control strategy of belt conveyor based on variable frequency speed regulation was put forward. A fuzzy controller based on PLC was designed, combining with the programmable control technology, modern sensor technology and intelligent control theory. The hardware selection system realized the and software design of the control system were completed. The upper- computer remote control and real-time monitoring of belt conveyor by WinCC configuration software.
