摘要
我国应用技术型高校由职业院校升级、地方本科高校转型、独立学院及民办本科院校构成。这些学校在转型发展的过程中存在特色不鲜明、制度不健全、负债严重等问题,与此同时,也面临政策滞后、财政投入不足、校企合作机制不完善等外部因素的制约。为此,应从完善法规机制,整合多方资源,加强校企合作,强化监督保障等方面加以破解。
The technology-applied colleges and universities are consist of the upgraded vocational colleges, the transformed local undergraduate colleges, independent colleges and private undergraduate colleges. In their transformation and development process, problems exist, such as not sound system, heavy liability, etc. Meanwhile, they are restricted by many external factors. Thus, it is necessary to perfect the regulation mechanism, integrate various resources, enhance university-enterprise cooperation, as well as strengthen the supervision and guarantee, etc.
