摘要
针对无损检测方法中全国统一回弹测强曲线与超声声速和抗压强度关系曲线应用到地方工程检测中的差异性,以兰州地区原材料制作而成的C30~C60四个强度等级的泵送混凝土为研究对象,同时充分考虑龄期的影响,利用最小二乘法原理进行回归分析分别建立了满足规范要求的兰州地区泵送混凝土测强曲线、超声声速和抗压强度关系曲线及抗压强度和超声声速与回弹强度三者之间的关系曲线,并结合国家统一测强曲线和其它地区关系曲线进行了对比分析研究。结果表明,超声声速、回弹强度值和混凝土强度值有很好地相关性,不能随意将其它地区无损检测关系曲线应用到当地工程检测之中,由超声声速和回弹值共同推定得到的抗压强度值可以最大限度地规避单一检测带来的操作误差,提高了无损检测的适用性。
Aiming at the difference of the curves of the national unified rebound strength and ultrasonic velocity and compressive strength from different area engineering detection, taking four groups of C30-C60 strength grade pump concrete prepared using the raw materials from Lanzhou area as the research object, and considering the effects of age, the relationship of rebound strength, compressive strength and ultrasonic velocity of these pumping concrete which can meet the requirements of the codes were studied using the least square method regression analysis. And the national unified strength curve and other regional relationship curves are comparatively analyzed. The results show that there is a good correlation between ultrasonic velocity, rebound strength and concrete strength. The non-destructive testing curves in other areas should not be applied to the regional engineering testing. The value of compressive strength obtained by ultrasonic velocity and rebound value can avoid the operation error caused by single detection, and improve the applicability of nondestructive testing.
