摘要
利用马来酸酐(MA)改性聚丙二醇(PPG)后得到的单体PPGAZMA,再与丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)通过水相自由基聚合得到无磷阻垢剂AA-AM-PPGAZMA。将合成的无磷阻垢剂进行静态阻硫酸钙实验,结果表明,当m(AA)∶m(PPGAZMA)∶m(AM)=4∶3∶1时制得的无磷阻垢剂,阻硫酸钙垢效果最佳,当其投加量3 mg/L时阻硫酸钙垢效率达到98%;此外,还考察了引发剂用量、钙离子和硫酸根离子质量浓度对阻垢剂阻垢效果的影响,引发剂用量为单体总质量的6%时效果最佳;当钙离子和硫酸根离子质量浓度达到8 000、12 000 mg/L时,阻硫酸钙垢效率仍能达到80%以上。通过扫描电镜观察发现,加入阻垢剂AA-AM-PPGAZMA后硫酸钙垢变得疏松不规整。当AA-AM-PPGAZMA加入量为3 mg/L时,阻垢率达到98%,而市售的含磷阻垢剂PBTC和PAPEMP均未达到85%。
Monomer PPGAZMA was first obtained via modification of polypropylene glycol( PPG) by maleic anhydride( MA),and then phosphorus-free antiscalant,AA-AM-PPGAZMA,were prepared by free radical polymerization of acrylic acid( AA),acrylamide( AM) and PPGAZMA in aqueous solution. Finally,the performance of AA-AM-PPGAZMA on calcium sulfate scale inhibition was investigated. The results showed that when the monomer mass ratio m( AA) ∶( PPGAZMA) ∶( AM) was4∶3∶1,the prepared phosphorus-free antiscalant exhibited the best ability to inhibit the precipitation of calcium sulfate at a dosage of 3 mg/L,and the scale inhibition rate reached 98%. In addition,the effects of amount of initiator,concentration of calcium ion and concentration of sulfate radicals on the scale inhibition effect were investigated. It was found that when the amount of initiator was 6% on the total mass of monomers,the antiscalant displayed the best scale inhibition performance,and the scale inhibition rate reached over 80% even when the concentration of calcium ion and concentration of sulfate radicals were 8 000 and 12 000 mg/L,respectively. Calcium sulphate scale was test by scanning electron microscopy( SEM). The scale inhibitor AA-AM-PPGAZMA significantly changed the morphology of calcium sulfate scale. AA-AM-PPGAZMA is a new type of scale inhibitor with industrial application prospect.
