摘要 介绍了管线钢焊接接头腐蚀行为的最新研究进展,综述了管线钢焊接接头腐蚀行为的研究方法,包括应力腐蚀法、盐雾腐蚀法、浸泡实验法和电化学法等,并对各研究方法的优缺点和应用范围加以比较和分析。同时介绍了管线钢接头腐蚀机理及其研究热点和最新研究进展,包括应力腐蚀机理、盐雾腐蚀机理和CO_2腐蚀机理,并总结了改善管线钢焊接接头耐蚀性的腐蚀防护方法。 The current status of the study on corrosion behavior of welded joints of pipeline steel was reviewed, while the corrosion testing methods including stress corrosion test, salt spray test, immersion test and electrochemical test were discussed in detail in terms of their advantages and disadvantages as well as the range of application for each method. At the same time, the research progress on corrosion of welded joints of pipeline steels such as stress corrosion, salt spray corrosion and CO_2 corrosion as well as the relevant mechanism were introduced. The methods for improving the corrosion resistance of welded joints of pipeline steels were also summarized.
