SAM和SAG对玻璃纤维增强ABS复合材料性能的影响

摘要 通过熔融共混法研究了苯乙烯-丙烯腈-马来酸酐(SAM)和苯乙烯-丙烯腈-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(SAG)两种带有反应性官能团的三元共聚物对玻璃纤维(GF)增强丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,SAM和SAG对ABS/GF复合材料都具有优异相容化效果,都可用作ABS/GF复合材料的相容型偶联剂使用。同等添加量时,添加SAG的ABS/GF复合材料具有更优异的物理力学性能,并且随着SAG添加量的增加性能提高更加明显;添加SAG的ABS/GF复合材料颜色更浅,并具有更优异的长期高温色变性。 The effects of styrene-acrylonitrile-maleie anhydride (SAM) and styrene-acrylonitrile- glycidyl methacrylate (SAG) terpolymers with reactive groups on the properties of glass fiber (GF) reinforced acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS) compositess were investigated by using melt- blending process. Results show that both SAM and SAG can be used as efficient coupling agent for ABS/GF composites. Compared with ABS/GF composites with SAM, the ABS/GF composites with SAG show better mechanical properties. And with the increase of SAG content, higher mechanical properties can be achieved. Otherwise, the color of ABS/GF composites with SAG is lighter and it is also better after long-term ageing process.
