吡唑啉酮及多元醇对聚氯乙烯的热稳定作用 被引量:1

Thermal Stabilization of PMP and Polyols on PVC

摘要 采用静态热老化法、红外光谱分析(FTIR)、Haake转矩流变试验以及热失重分析(TG)等方法研究了硬脂酸锌(ZnSt_2)/1-苯基-3-甲基-5-吡唑啉酮(PMP)/山梨糖醇(Sorbol)复配对聚氯乙烯(PVC)的热稳定作用,分析了协同作用机理。结果表明:PMP在单独使用时能取代PVC链中的活泼氯原子,阻止多烯烃序列的生成,提升了PVC的初期热稳定性。PMP与ZnSt_2复配能改善PVC试样的初期白度,延缓"锌烧"现象。当ZnSt_2/PMP/Sorbol复配含量为(0.7/0.2/0.2)份时,PVC的静态初期热稳定性与长期热稳定性得到了明显的提升,动态热稳定时间由11 min增加到18 min,热失重第一阶段残留量由44.97%增加到51.32%,复配体系发生了协同作用。 The thermal efficiency and synergistic effect mechanism of ZnSt2/PMP/Sorbol for PVC were estimated by static thermal stability method, FTIR, Haake torque rheometer and Thermogravimetric analysis. The results indicated that the stabilizing efficiency of PI-IP was attributed to intervene in the radical chain degradation of PVC and to the replacement of the labile chlorine atoms,subsequently interrupt of conjugated polyene sequences, which improved the initial thermal stability of PVC. The whiteness of PVC had been improved and"zinc burning" could be delay by PMP in the present of ZnSt:. The static initial thermal stability and long-term thermal stability of PVC had great improvement due to the appearance of synergistic effect in the case of ZnSt2/PMP/Sorbol (0. 7/0. 2/0.2)phr, the dynamic stability time increased from 11 minutes to more than 18 minutes and first stage residue of TG increased from 44.97% to 51.32%.
