摘要
目的探讨采用经阴道子宫输卵管四维超声造影(4D-HyCoSy)对输卵管通畅性的判断效果及临床应用价值。方法采用SonoVue造影剂对36例不孕患者行经阴道4D-HyCoSy检查,动态观察并评估输卵管通畅性。结果 72条输卵管中,36条通畅,输卵管走形清晰柔顺自然,造影剂喷射状进入盆腔,并在盆腔内迅速均匀弥散;22条输卵管通而不畅,输卵管显影不连续、扭曲,粗细不均,造影剂溢入盆腔,弥散不均匀;另外14条输卵管完全梗阻。该组同时诊断宫腔粘连2例,宫腔息肉3例。结论经阴道4D-HyCoSy可动态显示输卵管走形、形态及其通畅情况。
Objective To explore the clinical application value of transvaginal four-dimensional hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography(4D-HyCoSy) in the evaluation of fallopian tube patency. Methods The fallopian tube patency was evaluated in 36 infertile patients(72 tubes) by transvaginal SonoVue 4D-HyCoSy. Results Of 72 tubes, 36 tubes were patent, which showed clear fallopian tubes with natural morphology and contrast agents dispersed over pelvic cavity rapidly. The contrast agents were partially passable and unevenly entering pelvic cavity in 22 tubes. Fourteen tubes were obstructed. Two cases with intrauterine adhesion and 3 cases with endometrial polyps were diagnosed as well. Conclusion The transvaginal 4D-HyCoSy can show dynamically the patency and morphological features of fallopian tubes.
