摘要
目的探讨细节优质护理在抑郁症患者中的应用效果。方法选取徐州市东方人民医院2015年6月—2016年6月收治的抑郁症患者110例,根据护理方法不同分为常规护理组(n=55)和细节优化护理组(n=55)。常规护理组患者采用常规护理服务,细节优化护理组患者在常规护理组的基础上实施细节优化护理服务。比较两组患者护理前后抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)评分,并比较两组患者护理满意度。结果护理前,两组患者SDS评分、SDSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,细节优质护理组患者SDS评分、SDSS评分低于常规护理组(P<0.05)。细节优质护理组患者护理满意优于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论细节优质护理在抑郁症患者中的应用效果较为明显,有助于改善患者抑郁症状和社会功能,提高患者护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of detail optimization nursing care in depressive disorder patients. Methods A total of 110 cases of depressive disorder patients were selected from June 2015 to June 2016 in Xuzhou Dongfang People＇s Hospital,which were divided into routine nursing group（ n = 55） and detail optimized nursing group（ n =55） according to different nursing methods. Routine nursing group was given routine nursing care,optimized nursing group was given detail optimization nursing care. The SDS scores,SDSS scores before and after nursing,and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing,no statistically significant differences of SDS scores or SDSS scores was found between the two groups（ P 〈 0. 05）; after nusing,the SDS scores and SDSS scores of optimized nursing group were lower than routine nursing group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The optimized nursing group of nursing satisfaction was higher than routine nursing group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Detail optimization nursing care has an obviously nursing effect in depressive disorder patients,it can effectively improve the patients＇ depression and social function,and promote the nursing satisfaction.
