摘要
基于受弯性能试验和数值分析,研究栓钉锈蚀钢-混凝土组合梁在负弯矩作用下的力学性能。对5根梁进行试验,其中4根梁采用恒定电流通电加速锈蚀方法(CCAC)使其抗剪栓钉锈蚀,栓钉锈蚀率为0%~40%。加载结果表明:随着栓钉锈蚀率的增加,组合梁抗弯承载力轻微减小,但其抗剪承载力则明显减小。根据试验结果,建立一个新的计算分析模型,以研究负弯矩下栓钉锈蚀组合梁的力学性能。该数值分析模型能够相当准确地预测试验结果。
Based on the bending performance test and numerical analysis,a study on the mechanical properties of the steel-concrete composite beam with corroded studs is conducted under negative bending moment.Five beams were tested,among which,four beams were treated by constant current and accelerated corrosion( CCAC) to cause corrosion of the studs.The corrosion rate of studs was 0% ~ 40%.The results show that with the increase of the stud corrosion rate,the flexural capacity of the composite beam decreases slightly,but its shear capacity decreases significantly.According to the test results,a new calculation and analysis model is set up to study the mechanical performance of the composite beam with stud corroded under the effect of negative bending moment.The numerical analysis model can predict the test results quite accurately.
