摘要
高速公里服务区是高速公路重要的附属设施,服务区的建设与管理水平能够管窥国内高速公路的发展现状。本文主要以用户体验为依据,依据层次性、系统性、可比性和可操作性等原则对服务区的硬件设施和服务水平等相关方面确定评价指标,利用数据统计方法建立评价模型,并通过案例分析验证评价方法有效性。
The highway service area is an important ancillary facility for the highway, the construction and management levelof the service area can reflect the development of the domestic expressway. This article is mainly based on users’ experienceto comprehensively evaluate hardware facilities, service levels and so on in service areas by the principles of hierarchy,system, comparability and operability. The weight of relevant indexes is determined by means of data statistics, and theeffectiveness of the evaluation method is verified by case analysis.
