摘要
目的研究动物疫病预防控制系统和人间疾病预防控制系统在家禽市场禽流感监测上的效果差异,为禽流感监测提供科学依据。方法湖南省动物疫病预防控制中心(CADC)和湖南省疾病预防控制中心(CDC)联合在长沙市某家禽市场内随机选择20个外环境采样点位,分别按系统内的采样规程平行采集样品20份,各按系统内的监测方法对自行采集的20份样品和对方采集的20份样品进行平行检测,对双方检测结果进行分析。结果 CADC自采自检的监测结果为AIV H5核酸阳性13份、H7核酸阳性6份、H9核酸阳性16份,CDC自采自检的监测结果为H5核酸阳性11份、H7核酸阳性6份、H9核酸阳性12份;比对双方对自采样品和对方采集样品检测结果间的Kappa值均为0.70,为高度一致。结论动物疫病预防控制系统和人间疾病预防控制系统不同监测方式对家禽市场禽流感的监测效果无明显差异。
Objective To study the differences in the monitoring effects of animal disease prevention and control system and human disease prevention and control system on avian influenza in a poultry market so as to provide a scientific basis for avian influenza surveillance. Methods Hunan Provincial Center for Animal Disease Control and Prevention (CADC) combined with Hunan Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) randomly selected 20 external environment sampling sites in a poultry market in Changsha City, and then each of them separatedly collected 40 samples for the parallel examination based on the sampling regulations of their own institutions. The above-mentioned two institutions simultaneously and respectively detected 20 samples collected by CADC and 20 ones collected by CDC based on the monitoring methods of theirowninstitutions. And the determination results were evaluated each other. Results The results of the samples collected and detected by CADC showed that there were 13 samples positive for AIV-H5, 6 positive for AIV-H7 and 16 positive for AIV-H9. The results of the samples collected and detected by CDC showed that there were 11 samples positive for AIV-H5, 6 positive for AIV-H7 and 12 positive for AIV-H9. Comparison of the determination results between the self-collected and opposite-collected samples detected by CADC and CDC revealed high consistency (both Kappa=0.70). Conclusion There is no significant difference in the effect of surveillance on avian influenza in the poultry market between CADC and CDC.
