摘要
Ⅱ型肺泡上皮细胞与Ⅰ型肺泡上皮细胞在肺泡壁上掺杂存在,前者为肺泡上皮总数的14.5%,其覆盖面积只占肺泡总面积的3%。我们用Wistar大鼠,冲洗净肺内血液,尽量清除肺泡腔内巨噬细胞,向肺泡腔内灌注0.5%胰蛋白酶,制成匀浆,过滤离心,残渣涂片,用丹宁酸和巴氏染色变法标记,并用透射电镜、扫描电镜观察。
Type Ⅱ pneumocytes are mingled with type Ⅰ pneumocytes on the wallof the pulmonary alveoli. Type Ⅱ pneumocytes only constiute 14. 5% of allpneumocytes and they cover 3% area of the total alveolar surface. We usedWistar rats, washed of blood in the lung and cleared out alveolar macrophagesas many as possible. 0. 5% trypsin was poured into alveolar spaces. The tissueof the lung was minced with scissors, then was fitered and centrifuged. Thedeposit was examined under LM, TEM and SEM. Tannic acid and papanielau'smodified method were used to mark the type Ⅱ pneumocytes.
