摘要
以丙酰胺为模板分子,采用N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为溶剂体系,甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,合成出丙烯酰胺分子印迹聚合物,其中功能单体与模板分子的最佳摩尔比例为8:1,交联剂与模板分子最佳摩尔比为20:1,洗脱剂甲醇与乙酸的最佳体积比为9:1。吸附性试验研究结果表明,该分子印迹聚合物对底物丙烯酰胺有较强吸附性,且选择吸附性也较好。
Using propionamide as template molecule, N, N-dimethyl formamide as solvent systems, methacrylic acid as functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethyl acrylate as crosslinking agent, azodiisobutyronitrile as initiator to synthesis acrylamide molecularly imprinted polymer, the best molar ratio of functional monomer and template molecule was 8:1, the best molar ratio of crosslinking agent and template molecule was 20:1, the best volume ratio of eluent methanol and acetic acid was 9:1. The adsorptivity experiment indicated the MIP had a good adsorptivity and selected adsorptivity to acrylamide.
