摘要
本文阐释了二氧化氯、增抗剂等2种食用菌消毒剂的作用机理和优点,以及采用制剂拌料+常压蒸汽法灭菌处理方法应用于食用菌栽培料的制备技术。经过3年试验示范筛选出二氧化氯3000倍水溶液+灭菌6 h和增抗剂拌料+灭菌6 h的食用菌栽培料常压灭菌方法,并做好后续生产管理。探索总结了全过程的技术要点,便于在食用菌生产中推广应用。
This article explained the mechanism and advantage of 2 edible fungus sanitizer,chlorine dioxide(ClO_2) and resistance enhanced agent.Applying them in stirring and mixing raw material,then sterilized by atmospheric steam.Through 3 years tests,selected the sterilizing method that by ClO_2×3000 times + sterilizing 6 hours,and resistance enhanced agent + sterilizing 6 hours,and completed follow-on production.Exploring and summarizing the technical essentials of the overall process,Providing a reference for the popularization and application in edible fungi production
