摘要
目的:探究供应室质量管理追溯系统在消毒供应室中的应用效果。方法:入选2016年11月~2017年4月某院消毒供应室中的手术无菌器械包600件,按照随机的分配原则分成对照组与观察组,各300件。对照组按照院内常规的消毒方式提供消毒供应,观察组执行质量管理追溯系统提供消毒供应,比较两组的无菌器械的消毒与使用中的出错情况及临床对消毒供应的满意度。结果:观察组中无菌器械的消毒与使用中的出错率为2.0%,对照组中无菌器械的消毒与使用中的出错率为11.4%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中临床对消毒供应室的工作满意度为97.6%,对照组的满意度为79.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:质量管理追溯系统在消毒供应室的应用效果较好,可保证消毒过程的全程控制,提高工作效率,避免出错。
Objective：To explore the application effect of goods traceability system in disinfection supply center.Methods. 600 sterile instruments in sterile supply room in a hospital from November 2016 to April 2017 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of random distribution,with 300 in each group.The control group received disinfection supply according to the routine disinfection methods in the hospital, and the observation group carried out the quality management tracking system to.provide disinfection supply. The the rate of disinfection and use of sterile instruments in the two groups were compared,and the satisfaction degree of clinical disinfection supply was also compared.Results： In the observation group,the error rate of sterilization and use of sterile instruments was 2.0%, and the error rate of sterilization and use of sterile instruments in the control group was 11.4% ,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.In the observation group,the satisfaction degree of clinical disinfection supply room was 97.6% ,and the satisfaction of the control group was 79.0% ,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The application of quality manage- ment traceability system in disinfection and supply room is good, which can ensure the whole process of disinfection process, improve work efficiency and avoid mistakes.
