摘要
目的:探讨和分析心理护理干预措施对恶性肿瘤放疗患者的心理状况影响。方法:研究选择某院在2014年7月~2015年12月期间收治的60例恶性肿瘤放疗患者作为研究主体,按患者入院顺序分为甲组和乙组,其中甲组患者为31例,乙组患者为29例。甲乙两组患者均进行常规护理,而甲组患者加用心理护理,对比甲乙两组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分、生活质量评分。结果:甲组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分、生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异对比存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理干预措施对恶性肿瘤放疗患者中的应用效果很好,可有效缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁等不良心理,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective： To study and analyze the effect of psychological nursing intervention measures on the psychological condition of the patients with malignant tumor radiotherapy.Methods：60 cases of malignant tumor patients treated with radiotherapy in a hospital from July 2014 to December 2015 were selected in this study and divided into group A and group B according to the order of admission,with 31 cases in group A and 29 cases in group B.The two groups of patients were treated with routine nursing,and the patients in group A were added with psychological nursing.The SAS score, SDS score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results：The SAS score, SDS score and life quality score in the group A were higher than the those in the group B, the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）,Conclusion： The application effect of psychological nursing intervention in patients with malignant tumor radiotherapy is very good, which can effectively alleviate the patient＇s anxiety, depression and other adverse psychological, and improve the quality of life of the patients.
