摘要
少数民族地区由于地缘政治、经济水平、人文素养、劳动保障体系等原因的影响,呈现出高端人才缺失较为严重,尤其是行业人才聚集难度较大等问题,严重影响着少数民族地区经济社会的发展速度和质量。从工程性聚集、共享性聚集、行业性聚集等方面探求少数民族地区筑巢引智的模式构建问题,就成为平衡我国高端人才资源分布不均,打破少数民族地区高端人才培养与使用瓶颈的必然选择。
Minority areas due to geopolitical influence, economy, humanities, labor and social security system and other reasons, showing a lack of high-end talent is more serious, especially the difficult problem of agglomeration of industry talent,seriously affects the speed and quality of economic and social development in ethnic minority areas. Construction of Engineering agglomeration, shared agglomeration, industry agglomeration for minority areas has nesting patterns from engineering, has become China's high-end talent resources balance uneven distribution, break the inevitable choice of minority areas of high-end talent cultivation and use of the bottleneck.
