摘要
目的介绍党中勤教授长期临床对治疗自身免疫性肝炎经验总结。方法通过跟师学习,收集门诊及住院病例,对符合临床诊断标准的病人进行定期随访、宣传健康教育,进行整理并总结导师临床上治疗自身免疫性肝炎经验。结论党中勤教授认为自身免疫性肝炎的始发因素是情志失调,关键是肝气郁结,主要病机是肝郁脾虚,病程日久又可导致血行不畅,脉络瘀阻,本病的基本治法是肝脾同治,佐以活血化瘀。
Objective To introduce the clinical experience of Professor Dang Zhongqin in treating autoimmune hepatitis.Methods Through learning with the teacher,the collection of outpatient and inpatient cases was carried out.In accordance with the clinical diagnostic criteria,patients were given regular following-up,publicity and health education.The clinical experience of Professor Dang Zhongqin in the treatment of autoimmune hepatitis was collated and summarized.Conclusion Professor Dang Zhongqin thought that therapy of emotional disorder is the important initial factor,stagnation of liver qi plays a critical role,and stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency is the core of pathological mechanism.The duration of the disease can lead to poor blood flow and obstruction of the veins.The basic treatment for this disease is treating liver and spleen together,and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
