摘要
目的为了提升芹菜素的开发利用,合成新药,设计芹菜素和苯乙胺缩合生成席夫碱。方法利用缩合反应,加热回流合成席夫碱,采用UV、IR表征产物结构。结果通过图谱表征芹菜素和苯乙胺缩合生成了席夫碱。结论合成了新型席夫碱化合物,为开发芹菜素提供理论基础。
Objective To improve the utilization of Apigenin and to synthesize new drugs, the Schiff-base was designed by the condensation of Apigenin and phenylethylamine. Method The Schiff-base was synthesized by heating reflux with condensation reaction and the structure was characterized by UV and IR. Results The Schiff-base have been synthesized by the characterization methods. Conclusion The novel Schiff base compounds have been synthesized, which provides a theoretical basis for the development of apigenin.
