摘要
目的对现有的液相色谱检测小麦粉中过氧化苯甲酰的国标方法进行改进。方法用碘化钾还原样品中的过氧化苯甲酰为苯甲酸,利用高效液相色仪,通过苯甲酸标准曲线外标法定量测定过氧化苯甲酰含量。结果该方法检出限为0.005g/kg,回收率为98.85%~101.22%,相对标准偏差为3.39%。结论改进后的方法将国标所用工作曲线变为标准曲线并对碘化钾用量进行调整,简化操作步骤并提高方法灵敏度及准确性。
Objective To modify the national standard method for determination of benzoyl peroxide in wheat flour by HPLC. Methods With potassium iodide reduction benzoyl peroxide for benzoic acid in the sample. Using HPLC, the content of benzoyl peroxide was measured by the standard curve of benzoic acid. Results The determination limit was 0. 005 g/kg,the recovery rate was 98.85%-101.22% ,and the relative standard deviation was 3.39%. Conclusion The improved method changes the working curve of the national standard to the standard curve and adjust the dosage of potassium iodide, simplify the operation steps and improve the method sensitivity and accuracy.
