摘要
目的探讨中西医结合护理在宫颈癌围术期患者中的效果。方法宫颈癌患者68例,随机分为观察组、对照组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用中西医结合护理,比较两组护理满意度、生活质量评分。结果观察组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。观察组躯体功能、认知功能、情绪功能及社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论中西医结合护理应用在宫颈癌围术期患者中,提高了生活质量和护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the perioperative patients with cervical cancer. Methods 68 cases of cervical cancer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and the nursing satisfaction and quality of life score of the two groups were compared. Results The degree of satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant, P 〈 0.05. The scores of body function, cognitive function, emotional function and social function of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The application of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the perioperative patients with cervical cancer has improved the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
