摘要
以周至2002—2015年猕猴桃物候观测资料总结的越冬期和春季萌芽期冻害指标为依据,采用四次多项式等统计方法,分析了周至猕猴桃1957—2015年越冬期和春季萌芽期冻害变化趋势、时间分布及冻害影响。结果表明:周至猕猴桃越冬期和春季萌芽期冻害呈减轻趋势,冻害有明显的阶段性特点,越冬期冻害以1980年为界、萌芽期冻害以1987年为界,界线之前冻害发生次数较多,之后大幅减少;越冬期冻害1月份发生最多,12月份次之,萌芽期冻害主要发生在3月下旬至4月底;越冬期冻害会造成绝收,遭冻伤的果树大多有花无果,花小易落,萌芽期冻害会造成幼芽和花苞被冻死。最后提出两种冻害的防御措施,对提高猕猴桃产品质量和商品率有很好的指导作用。
Based on freeze injury data of wintering period and spring stages in germination which was summarized for Zhouzhi kiwi fruit from 2002 to 2015,using four polynomial statistical methods,the freeze injury trend,time distribution and effect of wintering period and spring stages in germination of Zhouzhi kiwi fruit from 1957 to 2015 were analyzed,so the results are as follows.First,Zhouzhi kiwifruit in wintering period and spring stages in germination tends to decrease freeze injury,damage has obvious stages,the dividing line of winter injury is in 1980,the bud injury is in 1987,before the line,freezing injury occurred more frequently,after that sharply reduced;second,most injuries in winter were in January,followed by December,and injury in germination main from late March to the end April;final,the injury in winter causes total crop failure,the most damaged fruiter had flower without fruit,with small flower which is easily to drop;freeze injury in germination can cause bud dead.Two defensive measures are given at last,which is helpful to improve quality of kiwi fruit and commodity rate.
