生理实验中使用牛蛙和蟾蜍的神经和肌肉标本的比较 被引量:6

摘要 传统的生理学实验经常使用蟾蜍制备离体组织和器官标本,但野生动物不能保证个体的均一性。随着动物伦理学的发展和法律法规的健全,应使用更符合规定要求的动物进行实验教学。牛蛙是一种可食用的两栖类动物,在各地都有广泛的养殖。本文对比了牛蛙的神经和肌肉组织在标本制备和实验结果等方面与蟾蜍的异同。经过教师的预实验以及学生课堂上的实际操作,表明可以使用牛蛙代替蟾蜍进行神经干动作电位和骨骼肌收缩的实验。这种实验材料的改进是生理学实验的进步,有利于教学的规范开展。 The traditional physiological experiments often use toad to obtain tissue and organ specimens,but wild animals cannot guarantee homogeneity of the individual,easily lead to experimental results are not unified. With the development of animal ethics and the lows,animals should be used more in line with the requirements of the experimental teaching. Bullfrog is an edible amphibian,in a wide range of farming. In this paper,we compared the similarities and differences between bullfrog's nerve and muscle tissue in the preparation of the specimen and the experimental results. After the pre-experiment of the teachers and the practical operation of the students,it was indicated that bullfrogs could be used to replace the toads for nerve action potentials and skeletal muscle contraction experiments. The improvement of this experimental material is the progress of physiological experiments,which is conducive to the development of teaching norms .
