摘要
中国的研究生教育目前仍不能满足中国发展对大量创新型人才的需求。日本的研究生教育发展多年,培养了大量高层次人才,带动了日本经济的发展;同时中日同处亚洲,文化相近,对日本研究生教育的借鉴,对于提高中国研究生培养质量具有一定意义。本文作者基于自己多年的留日学习和工作经验,对比中日研究生教育的异同,为中国的研究生教育提供一些借鉴。
China＇s graduate education still can not meet the needs of China＇s development of a large number of innovative talents. Japan＇s development of postgraduate education for many years, training a large number of high level talents, promote the development of the Japanese economy; at the same time in Asia, similar culture, the Japanese graduate education for reference, to improve the Chinese graduate training quality has a certain significance. The author, based on his years of study and working experience in Japan, compares the similarities and differences between China and Japan in graduate education, and provides some references for graduate education in China.
