摘要
BOPPPS教学模式是教师进行课程设计的一种模式,它以教学目标的达成为核心,通过将课程教学分为6个阶段,加强了学生的互动性和教学反思功能,使得课堂教学的安排更加条理化和合理化,具有很强的可操作性。本文以《食品营养生物学》中的食物过敏内容为例,研究了BOPPPS在教学设计中的运用过程,提出了在设计运用过程中的几点反思,以期为食品科学教学研究提供借鉴。
BOPPPS teaching model is an advanced model for teaching design.Focusing on the achievement of teaching objective,BOPPPS divides the class into 6 sections,enhances interactivity and teaching reflection,makes the teaching process more systematic and rational,and shows good operability.This paper takes the food allergy part in Food Nutrition Biology as an example to investigate the application of BOPPPS in teaching design,proposes several reflections on the application,with a view to provide reference for teaching research on food science.
