摘要
高校作为科技成果的创新源头,毋庸置疑地走在科技发展的大时代前列。如何将高校的科技成果面向市场有效转化,是多年来政府、高校、科技工作者共同面对的难题。作者结合国内外高校和自身探索的经验,对当前存在的障碍及其成因进行了剖析,以期提出一些有价值、可供借鉴的建议。
As the source of innovation in scientific and technological achievements, it is no doubt that unive^ities walk in the forefront of the era of development of science and technology. How to transform these achievements into the market effectively has been a common problem faced by governments, universities, scientific and technical workers and service providers for the transformation of these achievements. Combining the experience of exploration of the author and domestic and foreign universities, the author analyzes the current obstacles and their causes in order to put forward some valuable suggestions for reference.
