摘要
目的针对小区开放对周边道路通行的影响,选取一系列评价指标建立模型,量化道路通行能力,并给出提高小区道路通行能力的建议。方法选取A、B小区作为研究对象,运用层次分析法构建道路通行能力评价指标体系,确定影响道路通行能力的主要因素,并利用多元线性回归建立道路通行能力与主要影响因素间的数学模型。结合MATLAB软件,得出A、B小区开放前后道路通行能力变化情况。结果 A、B小区开放后道路通行能力分别提高2.7倍和2.4倍。结论小区开放能够显著提高道路通行能力,开放型小区可以通过开设专门的机动车道等措施,减轻城市通路通行压力。
Objective To explore the influence of housing estate opening on the surrounding road traffic by choosing a series of evaluation indexes and establishing a model to quantify the road capacity and to provide suggestions on increasing traffic capacity.Methods Selecting A,B housing estates as the research object,using AHP to construct evaluation index system of road capacity,determining the main factors and using multiple linear regression to establish a mathematical model about the main influencing factors of road capacity,getting the change of road capacity before and after the opening of A and B housing estates in combination with MATLAB software.Results The road capacity in A and B housing estates increased by 2.7 times and 2.4 times after opening,respectively.Conclusion Housing estate opening can significantly improve road capacity and reduce traffic pressure on urban roads by setting up special motor vehicle lanes.
