闪光铝片颜料对金属效应注射件表面形貌与颜色的影响 被引量:1

摘要 闪光铝片颜料与高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)共混的复合材料可以通过注射工艺直接制备出具有金属闪光效应的注射件。研究了铝片颜料的含量对金属闪光效应注射件的反射率和颜色参数的影响,以及对注射件的结晶度、热导率与表面形貌的影响;分别用扫描电镜和原子力显微镜研究了铝片粒子的取向及注射件的表面形貌与微收缩。结果表明,注射件表面的反射率、白度指数(WI)和明度(L*)随着颜料的含量增大而增大,当HDPE添加质量分数5%的颜料时,反射率的最大值从25%上升到了52%,增长超过了1倍;由于闪光铝片颜料能提高复合材料的热导率和结晶度,因而促进反射率、WI与L*值的提高;悬浮铝片周围的微收缩引起微凹痕,但更高含量的颜料可以抑制微收缩,随着颜料含量的增加,表面粗糙度以及微收缩痕的长度相应变小。 The composites of blending flash aluminum flake pigments with high density polyethylene (HDPE) can be directly made into metallic flash plastic parts by injection molding. The influence of the pigments content on the reflectance and color parameters of the metallic flash effect plastic parts were studied by influencing the thermal conductivity, crystallinity and surface topography of the parts. Meanwhile, the orientation of aluminum flakes, the surface morphology and micro shrinkage of the parts were revealed by SEM and AFM. The results show that the reflectance, whiteness index (WI) and luminance ( L * ) increase as the content of the pigments increases. When the HDPE blend content is 5 % pigments, the maximum reflectance increases from 25 % to 52 %, which is more than double Moreover, the flash flake aluminum pigments improve the thermal conductivity and crystallinity of composites, which improves the reflectance, WI and L *. The micro shrinkage around the leafing of aluminum flakes causes micro sink marks, but higher content of the pigments can inhibit micro shrinkage. As the content of the pigments increases, the surface roughness and length of the micro sink marks become smaller.
