摘要
目的观察银丹心脑通软胶囊佐治进展性缺血性脑卒中老年患者的疗效及其对血清中高敏C反应蛋白、脂蛋白磷脂酶A2的影响。方法进展性缺血性脑卒中老年患者124例随机分为观察组和对照组各62例,对照组应用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用银丹心脑通软胶囊。于28d后评价2组的治疗效果。治疗前及治疗后3d、7d、14d、28d各时间点抽取静脉血,应用ELISA法检测血清中高敏C反应蛋白、脂蛋白磷脂酶A2的表达。结果治疗4周后,观察组美国国立卫生研究院脑卒中量表(NIHSS)评分及Barthel指数量表(BI)评分的变化值明显高于对照组。2组治疗1周及2周后血清中高敏C反应蛋白、脂蛋白磷脂酶A2表达均下降,但观察组下降值均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论银丹心脑通软胶囊辅助治疗进展性缺血性脑卒中老年患者的疗效明显,且能更有效地下调血清高敏C反应蛋白、脂蛋白磷脂酶A2的表达,降低进展性脑卒中的炎症反应。
Objective To investigate the effects of Yindan Xinnaotong capsule on on elderly patients with progressive stroke and hs-CRP and LP-PLA2 expression. Methods A total of 124 patients with progressive stroke were randomly arranged into the two groups, receiving regular treatment only （control group, 62 cases） or regular treatment combined with Yindan Xinnaotong capsule （treatment group, 62 cases）, respectively. The therapeutic course for all were 4 weeks. The National Institute of Health Stroke Scale （NIHSS） and Barthel index （BI） were scaled before and after treatment. The expression of hs-CRP and Lp-PLA2 were detected in 2 groups on 1,3,7,14,28 days. Results Four weeks after the treatment,the change of NIHSS score and BI score in the treatment group were significantly obvious than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. On week 1 and week 2, the hs-CRP and Lp- PLA2 levels of both group were significantly lower than that before the treatment. And the hs-CRP and Lp-PLA2 levels in the treatment group were significant lower than that of the control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Yindan Xinnaotong capsule can decrease the hs-CRP and Lp-PLA2,decrease immunoreaction in elderly patients with progressive stroke
