摘要
本研究以若尔盖毛虫(Gynaephora Ruoergensis)为研究对象,采用开顶式生长室(Open Top Chambers,OTCs)和氮素添加模拟气候变暖与氮沉降的方式,研究气候变化对草原毛虫生长发育、体长、体重和存活率的影响。研究发现:增温、施氮及增温+施氮条件下,草原毛虫在三龄期、七龄期、化蛹期、羽化期和产卵期的生长物候历期缩短;同时,伴随着草原毛虫生长发育模式(新陈代谢速率加快)的改变,毛虫个体体长和体重均得到了不同程度的增长。增温和增温+施氮条件下,草原毛虫存活率显著增加,暗示未来气候变化背景下草原毛虫爆发及成灾的可能性增强。本研究在尝试揭示草原毛虫应对气候变化的响应与适应机制的同时,也为草原毛虫将来发生爆发概率的评估与科学防治草原毛虫提供参考。
To explore the effects of warming and nitrogen deposition on the growth and development of Gyrtaephora Ruoergensis, a simulated warming and nitrogen deposition trials were conducted by using open - top chambers ( OTCs ) and nitrogen application on an alpine meadow of the Tibetan Plateau at the Hongyuan Alpine Meadow Ecosystem Research Station, Sichuan Academy of Grassland Sciences. The main growth characters including the phonological periods, individual length, body weight, and the livability of grassland caterpillars were monitored from the three larval instars period to the spawning period. The results showed both warming and nitrogen application significantly changed the process of the growth and development of Gynaephora Ruoergensis. With the process of the speeding metabolism, both the individual length and the body weight of the grassland caterpillars were increased significantly in different levels. Under the conditions of warming and warming plus N application, the survival rate of the caterpillars was significantly increased, suggesting that the possibility of the outbreak and disaster of grassland caterpillar in the background of future climate change was enhanced. In this study, we attempted to reveal the mechanism of how grassland caterpillar response to and adapt to the climate change. Meanwhile, it also provided a reference for the evaluation of the probability of future occurrence of the caterpillar and the scientific control of the caterpillar.
