摘要
采用有限元模拟与现场试验研究相结合的方法对宽厚板平面形状变化规律进行了研究,分析了宽厚板头尾及两边形状不对称的形成原因。结果表明:转钢方向、总纵轧及总横轧道次数的奇偶性是影响宽厚板头尾及边部不对称的主要因素,通过控制转钢方向并限定总纵轧及总横轧道次数的奇偶性可有效地控制钢板头尾及两边形状的对称性,从而使宽厚板的成材率提高0.8%左右。
Finite element simulation and physics experiment combined method were used to investigated the plan view pattern variation of wide and heavy plate,the causes of shape asymmetrical of wide and heavy plat head,tail and edges were analysised.The results show that the direction of turn steel,the parity of total longitudinal rolling and cross rolling passes number are the main factors that effect shape asymmetry of wide and heavy plat head,tail and edges.It can control the shape symmetry of head,tail and both edges effectively and let the yield of wide and heavy plate increased by 0.8% by controlling the direction of steel rotation and the parity of total longitudinal rolling and cross rolling passes number.
