摘要
目的评价常用苏云金杆菌(BT)与5种常用化学杀虫剂联合作用对淡色库蚊幼虫的灭杀效果。方法采用生物测试法测试敏感品系淡色库蚊幼虫对BT、氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、敌敌畏、残杀威、三氯杀虫酯的LC_(50),采用简单复配法测试BT制剂与5种化学杀虫剂的增效效果,选择效果较好的两种复配方式以共毒系数法进行配方验证。结果 BT与5种化学杀虫剂进行简单复配时对实验室敏感品系淡色库蚊幼虫均具有增效效果,其中BT与残杀威复配效果最为明显,增效效果为18.59,其次为氯氰菊酯,增效效果为11.59。选择残杀威、氯氰菊酯与BT以不同比例复配,以共毒系数法进行进一步的测试和评价。结果显示,残杀威与BT以1∶3复配的共毒系数最高,为195,增效效果最好,其次为残杀威与BT以1∶1复配,共毒系数为133,再次为氯氰菊酯与BT以1∶3复配,共毒系数为132。结论联合应用BT与化学杀虫剂尤其是残杀威,对敏感品系淡色库蚊幼虫具有较好的增效效果,在蚊虫防制中具有较好的应用前景。
Objective To evaluate the effect of the combination of Bacillus thuringiensis(BT) and five chemicalpesticides on laboratory strains of Culex pipiens pallens larvae. Methods The bioassays were employed to detect the LC50 of BT, cypermethrin, deltamethrin, dichlorvos, propoxur, and acetophenate, then the method of Bliss was employed for preliminaryappraisal, and after that the method of co-toxicity coefficient was used to verify the optimal formula. Results The mixture ofBT and five chemical pesticides was sensitive to the laboratory strains of Culex pipiens pallens larvae, with the synergistic effectof 18.59 in combination of propoxur, followed by 11.59 of cypermethrin. The synergistic effects were evaluated by the methodsof Bliss and co-toxicity coefficient. The co-toxicity results showed that in the combination of BT with five chemical pesticides,the highest toxicity quotiety was the combination of dichlorvos with BT in the proportion of 1∶3(195) and the proportion of 1∶1(133), then the combination of cypermethrin with BT in the proportion of 1∶3(132). Conclusion The combination of BT withchemical insecticides, especially propoxur, presents a promising application on Culex pipiens pallens control.
