摘要
文章对煤矿用防爆锂离子蓄电池车辆整车控制系统进行分析,详细介绍了整车控制系统、防爆驱动电机控制系统和防爆锂离子蓄电池管理系统,设计了基于一主多从交互机制的多节点加管理控制的系统架构;定义了各控制节点的运行状态及状态切换时节点间的交互控制逻辑;参照SAE J1939通信协议标准,制定了整车通信协议;基于Veh Spy3平台集成的Graphical Panel工具箱,设计了煤矿用防爆锂离子蓄电池车辆控制系统信息采集系统,并对车辆控制系统进行了实车验证。
The author analyzes the vehicle controlling system of explosion - proof lithium - ions battery vehicle, introduces the vehicle controlling system, explosion - proof drive motor control system and explosion - proof lithium - ions battery management system. The multi node control system structure is designed based on one - master multi - slave interactive mechanism; the whole vehicle communication protocol is formulated referring to SAE J1939 communication protocol standard; the information acquisition system for the control system of the explosion - proof lithium ion battery vehicle is designed by the Graphical Panel toolbox integrated with the VehSpy3 platform of the host computer, and the vehicle control system is verified in vehicles.
