摘要 为了提高轴流式局部通风机消声器吸声降噪性能,选取YBT-2.2型局部通风机作为研究对象,结合学者实验得到的局部通风机噪声强度和频谱分布规律,设计制作了一种新型局部通风机罩式消声器,并测试其消声性能。研究结果表明:安设消声器能大幅降低局部通风机噪声强度,不同位置噪声强度降低均值为14d B,消声器消声率大于15%,降噪后的噪声值小于国家规定的85d B;同时优化进、出风口噪声频谱,降低进风口噪声频谱中的中、高频噪声成分和出风口噪声频谱中的中、低频噪声成分,使降噪效果最大化。 In order to improve the sound absorption and noise reduction performance of the axial fan muffler, a YBT - 2.2 type local fan is selected as the research object, and the noise intensity and spectrum distribution law of the local fan were obtained by the experiment. Local exhaust hood muffler, and its performance test were designed. The result shows that the muffler can significantly reduce the noise intensity of the local fan, the average noise intensity of the local noise is 14dB, the muffler noise elimination ratio is more than 15% , the noise value is less than 85dB (national code value). At the same time, the middle and high frequency noise in the noise spectrum of the air inlet and the middle and low frequency noise components in the noise spectrum of the air outlet were reduced, so as to maximize the noise reduction effect.
