摘要
复合强化是钢铁材料强化的主要方式之一,但复合强化属于多种强化结合的一种强化手段。复合强化通过向金属中加入各种微量元素,制作具有较高性能的合金。在钢铁材料的制作过程中,也可以对轧钢进行冷却,形成含有马氏体、铁素体、珠光体等的固态相变结构。本文主要对钢铁材料复合强化的可行性展开研究,通过分析提升钢铁材料疲劳强度的方法,提出马氏体固态相变与形变强化的可行性途径。
Compound strengthening is one of the main ways of strengthening steel materials. However, com- pound strengthening is a kind of strengthening method combining multiple strengthening. Complex strengthen- ing by adding various trace elements to the metal, to produce alloys with higher performance. In the pro- duction of steel materials, the steel can also be cooled to form a solid phase transformation structure con- taining martensite, ferrite and pearlite. In this paper, the feasibility of composite strengthening of steel mate- rials was studied. By analyzing the method of improving the fatigue strength of steel materials, the feasibili- ty of martensitic solid phase transformation and deformation strengthening is proposed.
