摘要
世界各国积极探寻的永恒主题就是关于怎样办好高等教育,走出一条拥有特色的可持续的发展道路。我国的高等教育在改革和发展上仍旧存在着许多不足之处,加拿大在这方面有许多优势可供我们国家来借鉴。加拿大在高等教育管理的制度化、层次化和依法办学上取得了很大成功,成功经验是异常丰富的。
The eternal theme the world actively seeks is how to well runhigher vocational education and to explores a sustainable development path with distinctive characteristics. There are still many deficiencies in the reform and development of the higher education in our country. Canada has many advantages and successful experience and achieves great success in the institutionalization, stratification and law-based school-running of education management, which can be used for reference for our country.
