摘要
激光切割由于切口光滑、速度快、精度高、能一次成型、无需二次加工,节约了大量的时间和工序流程,CO_2激光器切割非金属板材得到了广泛的应用,再配合亚克力板的优良激光切割特性,可以快速地实现从图样设计到原型机制造。文中从实践中出发,通过介绍优化亚克力零件的结构设计、提高激光切割下料利用率、选择专用的亚克力胶水、亚克力板的切割参数设置、切割后亚克力边角料重用、激光切割亚克力板制造原型机在大学生竞赛和项目的良好效果等应用,给广大工程人员提供一定的参考。
Laser cutting has a wide range of applications because of its smooth notch, high speed and high precisionprocess. It can realize one-step forming which can save a lot of time and process flow. So CO2 laser is widely used to cutnon-metallic sheet. Excellent laser cutting characteristics of acrylic sheet can shorten the processing time from design toprototype manufacturing. This paper introduces the optimal design of the acrylic parts structure to improve the utilizationrate of laser cutting. The special acrylic glue and acrylic plate cutting parameters are selected. After cutting, the acrylicscrap is reused. Laser cutting acrylic board manufacturing prototypes are used in college students competitions, and theproject works well. This provides a certain reference for engineers.
