摘要
首先介绍了挖掘机先导缓冲阀的结构与先导缓冲系统的原理,然后通过AMESim软件平台,搭建了挖掘机先导缓冲系统的模型,并仿真分析了先导缓冲阀对主控阀换向性能的影响,最后对比分析了缓冲阀节流孔大小对主阀芯换向的影响。
This paper first introduces the principle and structure of the pilot system of excavator pilot buffer valve,and then through the AMESim software platform, a pilot buffer system of excavator model and simulation analysis of the effect of pilot valve on the buffer commutation performance of main control valve are carried out. Then, a comparative analysis of the effects of buffer valve' orifice size on main spool' moving.
