摘要
目的对比分析宝石CT常规扫描模式与能谱扫描模式在冠状动脉CT成像中的图像质量。方法选取2017年1—3月在该院行冠状动脉CT血管成像检查的患者103例,将其分为A、B两组。A组51例行常规模式扫描,B组52例行能谱模式扫描,B组在扫描后重建65 ke V单能量图像,评价冠状动脉各段及各分支的图像质量。测量两组患者升主动脉根部、左冠状动脉主干(LM)及左前降支(LAD)、左旋支(LCX)、右冠状动脉近段管腔的CT值及其邻近组织的CT值。结果A组共评价153支血管,633个冠状动脉节段;B组共评价156支血管,666个冠状动脉节段。两组患者图像质量的主观评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组强化管腔的CT值及图像噪声均高于A组,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);A、B组LM与LAD近段管腔的信噪比(SNR)、LCX近段管腔的SNR及对比噪声比(CNR)比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宝石CT冠状动脉成像能谱扫描模式较常规扫描模式具有更高的图像质量。
Objective To comparatively analyze the image quality of coronary arterial CT image between conventional scanning mode and energy-spectrum scanning mode of gemstone CT.Methods One hundred and three patients with coronary arterial CT angiography in the hospital from January to March 2017 were selected and divided into the group A and B.Fifty-one cases in the group A conducted the conventional mode scanning and 52 cases in the group B conducted the energy-spectrum mode scanning.After scanning,the group B reconstructed 65 keV single-energy images.The image quality of various coronary arterial segments and branch vessels was evaluated.The CT values of ascending aortic root,left main(LM) coronary artery and the proximal segment lumens of left anterior descending(LAD) branch,left circumflex(LCX),proximal segment lumen of right coronary artery and adjacent tissues were measured.Results A total of 153 vessels and 633 coronary segments in the group A,and 156 vessels and 666 coronary segments in the group B were evaluated.The image quality subjective score had statistically significantly difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The CT values and image noise of enhanced vessel lumens in the group B were higher than those in the group A without statistical significance(P>0.05).The signal to noise ratio(SNR) of proximal segment lumens of LM and LAD,and SNR and contrast to noise ratio(CNR) of proximal segment lumens of LCX had statistical differences between the group A and B(P<0.05).Conclusion The coronary arterial energy-spectrum scanning mode of gemstone CT has higher image quality than that of the conventional scanning.
