摘要
孵化型裂变创业作为一种新型创业形式,实现了母公司与创业企业的双赢发展。以上海时代光华教育发展有限公司为研究对象,通过对四个孵化型裂变创业案例与四个裂变创业案例的比较分析可得出以下结论:第一,开放包容的创新创业氛围是孵化型裂变创业出现的前提条件;第二,孵化型裂变创业是母公司对利润和风险的综合考量,是决策层在意见不一致情况下折衷决策的结果;第三,母公司对孵化型裂变创业企业的资源支持是经济理性与社会感性的综合。
As a new type of business form,incubation fission entrepreneurship realizes the win-win development of the parent company and start-up companies.This study selects Shanghai Times Bright Education Development Co.,Ltd as the research object.Through comparing and analyzing the four incubation fission pioneering cases with four fission cases,we come to the following conclusions:first,the innovation of the open inclusive pioneering atmosphere is a prerequisite for incubation fission entrepreneurship;second,incubation fission entrepreneurship implies the comprehensive consideration of parent company weighing profit and risk,and it also means the compromised decision policy makers make in disagreement;third,parent companies′resource support for incubation fission entrepreneurship is a combination of economic rationality and social sensibility.
