摘要
采用文献分析的研究方法,选取国内外与系统动力学在项目管理中应用的文献共39篇。国外文献主要来自系统动力学(System Dynamic Review,SDR)和项目管理(International Journal of Project Management,IJPM)的代表期刊中文章,国内文献的选取采用关键词检索的方法选取关键词为"系统动力学"和"项目管理"的文章。研究目的有:分析国外系统动力学研究在项目管理应用中的主要成果及贡献;国内对系统动力学研究在项目管理应用研究的主要进展和不足。最后得出系统动力学方法在弥补传统项目管理方法的弊端,培养项目管理者系统思考的能力和多项目的战略管理方面均有其应用价值的结论。
Using the literature analysis methods, this article selected 39 academic theses which study the application of system dynamics in projectmanagement from domestic and international. The international literatures were extracted from the representative journal of system dynamicsand project management （ System Dynamic Review and International Journal of Project Management） respectively. The author selected the domesticliteratures by searching key words. On the one hand, this paper aims to analysis the achievements and contributions in the internationalresearch, on the other hand, it describes the progress and shortage in the field of system dynamics research in project management. The resultsreveal that system dynamic model can make up the disadvantage of traditional methods in project management and foster the ability of systemthinking.
