摘要
基于数据挖掘技术,构建火电厂设备状态监测系统,以期有力保障火电厂安全和电网稳定运行。针对现有分布式控制系统(DCS)在突发性数据和隐性数据分析能力上的缺陷,在PI数据库系统下优选决策树算法,与域名生成算法(DGA)相结合,结合数据挖掘技术,实现火电厂设备的状态监测和故障诊断。数据挖掘和分析技术可大幅提高监测系统有效性和故障识别率,具有推广应用的潜力。
The equipment condition monitoring system is built for thermal power plants based on the data mining technology, to ensure the safety of power plants and the stable operation of power grids. In view of the existing limitations of distributed control system (DCS) in the analysis of burst and implicit data, optimization of decision tree algorithm is carried out in the PI database system combined with the domain generation algorithm (DGA), for the formation of data mining technology, as to realize the state monitoring and fault diagnosis for power plant equipment. It will greatly improve the effectiveness of monitoring system and the rate of fault identification, and has the potential of popularization and application.
