摘要
为无人值守变电站设计一种智能巡检机器人,以期推进智能变电站建设。借助红外热像仪、可见光摄像机、声/磁传感器、天线等设备,构建传感、导航、控制、供电、驱动等单元,对各子系统的基本功能进行分析与论证。根据系统特点与外界环境,分析机器人应用中的常见问题,制定解决方案,最终提出了巡检数据维护、报警数据追溯、室外环境优化、道路障碍排除等运维管理理念,将显著带动工作质量的提升和减员增效的实现。
To design an intelligent inspection robot for unattended substations, promote the development of intelligent substations. With the aid of equipment including infrared thermal imager, visible light camera, acoustic / magnetic sensor and antenna, units such as sensor, navigation, control, power supply, driver are built, and the basic functions of each subsystem are analyzed and demonstrated. According to the characteristics of the system and the external environment, the common problems in the robot application is analyzed, and finally, maintenance rules including inspection data maintenance, alert data tracing, outdoor environment optimization and road barriers removation are proposed, which will significantly promote the implementation of work efficiency and the enhancement of personnel.
