摘要
铝合金车体铸造是轨道车辆轻量化和高速化的必然趋势,搅拌摩擦焊技术是具有优异焊接厚度和焊接速度的新兴技术,两者的相得益彰正推动着我国轨道车辆的长足发展。以分析轨道车辆的铝合金车体结构和列举铝合金焊接模式、焊接材料为铺垫,综合阐述了搅拌摩擦焊技术,包括技术分类、优劣势分析等。最后,展望了搅拌摩擦焊技术将朝着焊接方向自由、焊缝修补高效、焊速进一步提升、搅拌头磨损率降低和车体整体适用性增强等方向发展。
Aluminum alloy body casting is the inevitable trend of lightweight and high-speed rail vehicles. Also, friction stir welding technology is an emerging technology with excellent welding thickness and welding speed. The complement of these two is pushing forward the rapid development of China's rail vehicles. Based on the analysis of aluminum alloy body structure as well as the welding model and welding material of aluminum alloy, the friction stir welding technology, including technical classification, advantages and disadvantages analysis, is discussed comprehensively. Finally, prospected are the development trend of friction stir welding, namely, free of welding direction, high efficiency of weld repair, further improvement of welding speed, lower wear rate of mixer head and enhancement of overall applicability of the body.
