金渠选矿厂优化生产工艺试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 根据金渠选矿厂矿石性质及生产现状,通过重选试验研究,提出振动筛与尼尔森重选科学配置于磨矿循环回路中,并将二段3套磨矿系统精简为一段1套,不仅节能降耗、方便操作,而且可提高金回收率1.0%~1.5%。同时针对金在细粒级富集的特性,进行了浮选柱半工业试验。结果表明:在与生产现场浮选机尾矿金品位较为接近的情况下,浮选柱精矿金品位比浮选机提高30%以上;浮选柱对微细粒金的分选体现出了较高的选择性和回收能力,而浮选机在粗粒金的回收上具有一定的优势,据此提出了"柱机"联合的最佳配置方案,优化了工艺流程,预计每年可为企业增加利润882.195万元,成效显著。 Gravity separation experiment was carried out according to the ore property and operation status of Jinqu ore-dressing plant.It was proposed that vibration screen and Nelson gravity separation be configured to the grinding circuit and the 2-stage 3-set grinding system be compacted into 1 set,which reduced energy consumption and was easy to operate.The gold recovery rate was increased by 1.0 %-1.5 %.Considering the fact that gold was enriched in fine grains,semi-industrial test with flotation columns was conducted.The results showed that the gold grade in concentrates obtained by flotation columns was 30 % higher than flotation cells while the gold grades were similar in tailings produced from the flotation columns and from flotation cells in in-situ production; when separating micro-fine grain gold,flotation columns exhibited higher selectivity and better recovery performance,however,flotation cells had advantage in recovering coarse grain gold.Thus,an optimal configuration plan combining columns and cells was proposed,which optimized process flow sheet and could create 8.821 95 million yuan more profits for the company.The optimization has achieved outstanding results.
